Elements of Ruin is an upcoming project from Vigilance Press. This book will offer a complete Super-hero campaign for Mutants and Masterminds. It will also include setting information for our own “Beacon City” and tons of characters for you to use as you wish! There will be villains, NPC heroes, and other NPCs to help you tell the story… and special rules for navigating your own unique path through the campaign elements that will make your group’s experience one-of-a-kind.
