Christmas in July!

Nero the NewshoundHey folks!

I’m winging my way to Gen Con for the next week or so, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows that we are participating in the Christmas in July sale at Drive Thru RPG and RPG Now! Head over here to see our products and look for the sales prices on everything from Superheroes to Tianxia!

Afterburner heats things up for your heroes… Rogues, Rivals & Renegades!

RRR AfterburnerCover-600A madcap speedster who really packs a punch… Afterburner!

Available now on Drive Thru RPG at this link!

A Power Level 11 Rogue, Afterburner is ready to throw down with your player characters in any Mutants and Masterminds campaign. A supervillain with a super-sized chip on his shoulder, this blazing-fast criminal is a perfect foil for speedster-style or powerhouse-style heroes alike. You’ll have to act quickly to keep up with Afterburner!

Welcome to Rogues, Rivals & Renegades. Each entry in the series is designed as a villain, a potential ally with complications, or an outsider who might help the PCs one day and be at odds with them another. Each character has the potential to become a mainstay of your campaign!

Rogues, Rivals & Renegades are presented as files from a meta-human monitoring agency called METAs, with a loose frame story connecting them to Vigilance Press‘s own Beacon City setting. They are designed to drop into any setting with minimal effort, however, and the METAs commentary is written to give you a better picture of each character’s personality and threat level. Each issue gives you a background for the character, commentary by METAs agents, a standee to print and play with, and the Hero Lab file for the character!

Authored by Aaron Sullivan with full color art by Alex Williamson and Dionysia Jones, and layout by Ruben Byrd. Designed for the Mutants and Masterminds Third Edition Roleplaying game.

Nikki Tesla, Punk Rock Renegade! Now on Drive Thru RPG and RPG Now!

RRR-Nikki-Tesla-Cover600Mad science meets punk revolutionary… Nikki Tesla!

Now available at Drive Thru RPG at this link!

A Power Level 10 Renegade, Nikki Tesla is a fun addition to any Mutants and Masterminds campaign. A child prodigy turned self-styled anarchist revolutionary, Nikki Tesla can be a perfect foil for a more ‘traditional’ super-genius hero. Alternately, she could be just the ally your players need to help them out-invent a more dastardly foe… at least, this week? Easily played as Rogue, Rival, or even romantic interest, Nikki Tesla is certainly primed to make your PCs’s lives more interesting!

Terror comes in the night… the Fright Knight!

A powerful and dangerous Rogue, Fright Knight is a Power Level 12 threat for your Mutants and Masterminds campaign. He’s a perfect foil for a hero who stands for courage, or seeks to inspire others. His mysterious powers and insatiable need to inspire terror make him an easy villain to hate! If you need a heavy-hitting villain who can be your hero team’s boogeyman, Fright Knight may just fit the bill.

Just in time for “Shark Week” comes… Rayzer!

Rayzer-Cover640

Power Level 11 threat on his own, Rayzer is almost never alone. As a Renegade, Rayzer acts outside the law and by his own code. Whether the players see him as a villain or hero will very much depend on how they relate to him and the actions he takes. Rayzer is presented as a special deluxe-sized issue of Rogues, Rivals & Renegades with a map of his base and gorgeous art of his amazing submersible vehicle, the Karkarius! You’ll also get details on “Rayzer’s Raiders,” the devoted soldiers who have allied themselves with Rayzer.

She’s a would-be hero who can often wind up causing more problems for your characters than the average villain! How will your heroes react? Will they try to redeem her, shut her down, or simply stand back and watch this Trainwreck?
