This issue is super-sized with extras:  First, we present two creepy criminals, Kid Kadaver and the Necronaut. On top of that, you get an essay on expanding the role of rituals in your Mutants and Masterminds game, a heaping helping of sample spells, summoned servitors, and a evil occultist. The main villains are Power Level 11 and 12, but the essay and rituals are great resources for games of any Power Level.

Included in the download are Hero Lab files for the title characters, as well as jpeg image files to print out and show your players! Also, we’ve included a page of standees for the characters so you can print them out on cardstock and use them at your gaming table.
